Running Track

The surface materials of stadium track we offered includes:

FULL POUR SYSTEM: In situ two layers of SBR rubber mixed with 50% elastic polyurethane flood coat and finished with a topping of coloured EPDM granules broadcast onto the polyurethane compound.

Total System Thickness: 13mm – 18mm

• A – Structured cast coating (3 – 5mm) spread with EPDM granules (granulation 1 – 4mm)
• B – Cast Coating (multiple layers, approx. .5mm each) spread with recycling rubber granules (granulation 1 – 4mm)
• C – Bound Subbase (asphalt) or Cement Concrete

SANDWICH SYSTEM: Total System Thickness: 13mm – 17mm

• A – Structured cast coating (3 – 5mm) spread with EPDM granules (granulation 1 – 4mm)
• B – Pore Sealing
• C – Elastic layer (10mm – 12mm) recycling rubber granules (granulation 1 – 4mm)
• D – Bound Subbase (asphalt) or Cement Concrete

SPRAY COAT SYSTEM: Spray coat system running track – Total System Thickness: 13mm to 15mm.

Color: Red, Blue & Green.

Description: 10mm Black SBR Base Layer with PU 2: and 0.5mm to 1.5mm EPDM Granules Spray Top Coats and Can add PU Surface Layer Top Layer Protect.

SBR RECLAIMED RUBBER BASE OF 10 TO 12MM, is sealed with a combination of micronized rubber and polyurethane, with a final topping of coloured EPDM granules broadcast onto a flood coat of polyurethane compound.
